If you’re looking to get some pedalling under your belt or just go exploring on two wheels then the options are nearly endless. You can combine a longer fire trail ride with the Blue Derby trails by riding up through the dam busters loop and on into the surrounding state forest; returning via Atlas or looping back via Branxholm or the Mutual Valley. You can also bypass the Blue Derby trail network all together and do wider loops to the south of Derby (e.g. Mt Paris Dam Rd). Chat to a local when you get here for more detail.
Just remember these are production forests , look out for log trucks and heed all road closed signs.
